Technician was not there very long, only tried one technique to clear the pipe and then gave up. I was charged $150 for the “service” and nothing was solved. The technician then started my pipe was likely broken but that I could pay another $500 for a water jet service that would come out another day or talk to a plumber from Roto Rooter for repair estimates. The plumber stated it would be about $145 for an estimate and I would not be operational that day. After all this, My neighbor and I bought a $25 drain balloon from Menards and cleared it ourselves in 15 minutes. Never using this company again if i can help it.
